We will be running regular LADIES ONLY bootcamps in the Cambridgeshire area:

EARLY MORNING CAMPS IN CAMBRIDGE (Parkers Piece), CAMBOUNRE AND HUNTINGDON.
AFTER SCHOOL DROP OFF CAMPS - 9.30am START AT : GT. SHELFORD REC AND HISTON RD REC.
ONE EVENING ONE IN CHERRY HINTON.

These will be advertised regularly, so please check the site for updates. If you join the group of the camp you are interested in this will be a BIG help as I can communicate with you directly regarding days/times etc

CAMPS ARE RUN IN 4 WEEK BLOCKS. MON AND WED EARLY MORNING : 6.30-7.15am They take place on the cricket pitch on Eastgate rd, behind Jeavons primary sch, between Great and Upper Cambourne . The primary school is blue!

PRE-PARTY 3 DAY DETOX PLAN

Hi guys, I was asked to write an article for BELLA magazine, which was an AMAZING honour. They asked me in my capacity as a bootcamp specialist, personal fitness coach and nutritionalist. 1 week tomorrow!

Still no cigarettes or alcohol!!...It will be a week tomorrow which I suppose is good....I really really do feel like buying 10, ok 20 and some plonk (it is Friday night after all) but I wont...after writing this I will be going to sleep...because the craving seems to be getting worse as the week goes on, I'm taking my champix twice a day so not sure why I'm craving them still...I have also stopped wheat,caffeine,sugar and carbs an with everything I have stopped the week has been soooooooo blood… Continue

I ran past Charlie's poster on another bloody run that I'd had to literally drag myself into my joggers and trainers for after work. All I really wanted to do was eat cheese on toast, have a glass of wine and watch The One Show. Popped a bit of Whitney on my ipod and off I went.

To all you smokers/alcohol lovers and bad dieters!! z k

Its been so long since I have wrote a piece here, but here goes, even if this helps 1 person I'm happy :)..I was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)...early symptoms though! So I have to change my lifestyle totally ( I cant reverse the damage, but can stop it getting any worse)...symptoms are breathlessness,wheezing,that smokers cough and chest infections.
